Great HF antenna value.
As others have said, this antenna is a great value. From my perspective it is also a better than average vertical despite its low price.
The antenna goes together easily — and according to the provided instructions.
The requirements of a current choke and radials are absolute for 40m — as is true of any 1/4 wave vertical. But it also works as a 20m 1/2 wave, and as a 3/4 wave on 15m.
Back to value — with a few loops of coax for a choke and a reasonable number of radials this is an outstanding 40m antenna.
