Mounted my HF Alpha MOTO Mobile antenna on the headache rack (where the chains hang behind the cab) at about 13 feet high. Antenna is mated to a Yaesu FT 817 and LDG Z11 tuner. I routinely make contacts 1000 miles and better using only 5 watts.
