WARRANTY POLICY 

Alpha Antenna offers a 90-day warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects on antenna products that have been manufactured by Alpha Antenna and sold through AlphaAntenna.com.

Alpha Antenna does not extend warranties on behalf of other sources that might be used for purchase, which include any and all third parties whether it be dealers, hamfests, online venues, or other sources. This is because Alpha Antenna cannot verify that you purchased a working system when it is purchased from a third party. 

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied by Alpha Antenna, Productive Industries, LLC, the online store AlphaAntenna.com. Alpha Antenna and Productive Industries, LLC, or any other entity sourcing the Alpha Antenna product line, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.
