To return an item
1 – Click ‘Buy Now’, which creates an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number). You will not be charged for anything.
Fill in your information then click “Check Your Address Again & Place Order”
On Your Label
On the label you purchase from the carrier of your choice a tracking number will be required, please address the label per this example:

Alpha Antenna offers a Refund for any or no reason on the purchase price minus:
- Shipping Fees,
- an 12% restocking fee, and
- § Damage fees.
Return UNOPENED BOX
Alpha Antenna offers a Refund on unopened box items for any or no reason on the purchase price minus:
- Shipping Fees,
- an 6% restocking fee, and
- § Damage fees.
§ Damage fees
We will verify the items are in original like new condition, and if any damage has occurred it will be assessed at replacement value and deducted from your refund. This includes testing to determine if power levels were exceeded, physical damage, etc.
