Return Process

To return an item:
1 – Select one of the ‘Return Options’.
2 – Click ‘Add to Cart’, select ‘Proceed to Cart’, then login with ‘Click here to login’, followed by ‘Proceed to checkout’.
3 – In ‘Order notes (optional)’ enter your original Order Number with a short explanation for your return.
4 – Select ‘Place order’.
5 – Then print your order confirmation page and include it with your shipment to:

Return Policy

Return options apply to items that are received in original like new condition within 60 days of purchase from www.AlphaAntenna.com where refunds may take approximately 15 days to complete to your account.

Alpha Antenna offers a Refund for any or no reason on the purchase price minus:

1. Shipping Fees,
2. an 12% restocking fee, and
3. § Damage fees.

** Return UNOPENED BOX
Alpha Antenna offers a Refund on unopened box items for any or no reason on the purchase price minus:

1. Shipping Fees,
2. an 6% restocking fee, and
3. § Damage fees.

§ Damage fees

We will verify the items are in original like new condition, and if any damage has occurred it will be assessed at replacement value and deducted from your Store Credit. This includes testing to determine if power levels were exceeded, physical damage, etc.
