The Alpha Antenna UV6 is a quad-band model that uses a linear phase shift for frequency coupling on the 6-meter, 2-meter, 1.25 (220MHz) and 70cm (440MHz) bands. This antenna has a watertight joint assembly, joining two parts into a solid and durable single piece.

Additional Information
Antenna SWR may be influenced by height above ground, nearby obstacles, and grounding/coax setup. Radio manufacturers typically reduce power when SWR approaches 2.9:1; the UV6 can always be tuned below this threshold. NOTE – In practice, an SWR of 1.5:1 versus a 2.9:1 SWR yields minimal difference in transmit/receive efficiency (signal strength) per THIS INFORMATION.

Easy to assemble and working great. Antenna was packaged well.
Works very well, I am very pleased with the performance of this antenna! Another 5 star product from Alpha Antenna … I love their products and own the HOA (300FT of wire in a u shape vs gutters… low noise), the FMJ, mil stick and 34.5 FT element. I do own others but when for POTA, home base and mobile- I prefer Alpha.
Build quality is exceptional. Very low SWR on all 3 bands.
Appears to be well made and works well. It’s hard to beat for the quality and price of this antenna and customer support you get with it as well. An awesome product. I’m extremely happy with it!
