RETURN AND REPAIR CONDITIONS

If you wish to return or exchange one or more products purchased on www.AlphaAntenna.com, please use the procedure at the following URL for Returns and Exchanges.

For International Repairs use the following URL for International, Assessment fee for repairs/upgrades.

For U.S. Repairs use the following URL for US Based, Assessment fee for repairs/upgrades.

The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and use the original packaging material. All returned items damaged or dirtied by the client will either not be accepted or reviewed for damage fees.

It is the responsibility of the client to examine the goods immediately after delivery and to report any defects or discrepancies to their order.
