Increase efficiency and operating range for either the Model 100W Alpha Loop or the ICOM AL-705 antenna.

The Magnetic Loop Booster Cable can be used on two different antenna systems, which are the Model 100W and the ICOM AL-705.
– When installed on the Model 100W Alpha Loop you may:
  1. Use just the longer Booster Cable in lieu of the shorter Default Outer Loop for to increase efficiency by approximately 20% on 12-40M at 75W PEP SSB, 35W CW, or 15W Digital.   2. You may also add the Booster Cable as a double loop to form an outer loop that is over 21 feet in total length, which increases skin effect thereby increasing efficiency on 40-80M at 20W PEP SSB, 10 Watts CW, and 5 Watts Digital.

– When installed on the ICOM AL-705 Magnetic Loop it will:
  • Add 60 & 80 Meters
  • Increase efficiency on 20 to 40 Meters by 45%

NOTE – Power ratings with the Booster Cable when installed on the ICOM AL-705 Magnetic Loop are 10 watts on PEP SSB, CW, AM, FM, & Digital modes.
